I have found it at Walgreen's and grocery stores. Smoke shops should also.
I am assuming you are looking for cigarette lighter fluid. The kind you put in the white packing when you open up a lighter.
You can also get butane to refill some newer lighters.

Most likely yes. Especially at the stations that have a little grocery attached to them. Just ask the cashier and they will let you know for sure.

you can usually find it in any gas station but they have it behind the counter alot of times because youngters like to steal it.
