I would be scared to do that, they may shot you in NY, but they will negotiate with you. I bought a cute Kate Spade in Colorado last year for $30 bucks. Good Luck!!

You could probably negotiate, threatening police would not help. New York police and the purse seller would laugh. All you would do is make the guy NOT sell you one. Buy the knock-off, get a great purse and be happy.

Leave it be or haggle the price. Don't call the police. I seriously doubt that they'd respond. It's not worth your time and could get you hurt. And just how do you know that the purse is fake? Could be a real one, just stolen.

i def would not call the police bc they are fake purses, so whats the harm its not like they are saying they are real. u can always talk them down to a lower price, just keep asking. they will give in eventually.

lol yeah try that and he will laugh at you or tell you to bug off.

be tactful when negotiating. see how much he's asking and go from there. don't expect to walk away from a $50 asking price having paid $10.

i doubt the cops would lock him up for it. at most if/when they show up they will say to you-- so you wanted to purchase a knock off purse and you want us to what-- shut him down? ha ha

that's like getting a hooker and calling the police when she takes your wallet and runs off. so you did something illegal and now want us to get your wallet back?

ARe you crazy. You can't do that. If you do that, they won't care. It is legal to sell fake purses. They are called knockoffs. They tell you that it is fake. They never tell you that it is the real thing.

no,you cant.Different people have different consuming requirements. There is no doubt many people are fond of the brand products but the prices are always out of their mind. They cant afford .But they really want to meet their need.So at this time the fake brand products appear.I believe the buyer can tell what is the true and what is the fake according to the prices.
