The best answer would be 35oC, warm.

In general, rates of enzyme catalyzed reactions increase with temperature until the enzyme proteins start to denature, usually around 60oC.

Obviously, it is not possible to determine the actual amount of gas evolved (bubble height) in a manometer without knowing the reactants involved.
