Lately I've been teaching one of our youngest grandchildren the sounds of the night and how to catch (light beetles)fire flies. He gets so excited when evening rolls around, gathers the bug net and the plastic container w/lid and says,"Dark now." After we've nabbed a few and placed them (alive) in the container, we set out on our evening walk(nightly ritual).
Our street is very dark except for the occasional porch light,and he grasps my right arm full strength with both tiny hands as we go walking down the road listening for the sounds of cicadas, green tree frogs, great horned owl, whippoorwill, katydids and the occasional barking of a dog. Sometimes the neighbors dusk-dawn light goes on when a deer or raccoon passes through.

honestly set back turn on my stereo & listen to some music usaully rock sometimes country & every once in a while some jazz
but yeah try it just lay back on your bed & listen to some tunes Youll enjoy it
