I dont know what exactly your asking. What will the bubble height be when what? When tube number = 5?

Well, a graph that closely follows your results is

y=4.3x-2.5

if y=bubble height and x=tube number.

So, when x=5, y=19. So the bubble height would be 19cm.

#4 is probably the tube that would have the greatest height.
In general, enzyme catalyzed reaction rates increase linearly with the amount of enzyme added. See the site below for an illustration.
I assume that the "bubbles" are the gas being produced in the tubes (probably by yeast?) and measured in a manometer. It is impossible to say the actual height of the bubbles without knowing the amount of substrte, the temperature, the pH, etc.
