Start by writing a business plan, including your expectations of the business, all the steps you need to do to establish and run it, and details on the expected finances - how much money do you need to start it, where will you get it, what will be necessary for the business to make a profit, how much do you expect to make, and how will you live until the business gets going enough to pay your living expenses. Include where you'll locate your business and what that will cost, what kind of merchandise you'll carry, where you'll get it, costs and markup estimates, will you need any employees and if so how many, what kind of legal and accounting advice will you need for startup and ongoing....

Good luck.

Sounds such as you responded your possess query. Generally if you aren't getting the product from the enterprise immediately its most often a knock off. Especially a manufacturing facility in China promoting "overstock." There is not any such factor at a manufacturing facility stage-they produce up to is ordered, and ship all models to the dressmaker. They are in general gotten smaller not to free up any trademark designs or styles, and to not promote merchandise to the general public.
