We have a feral cat (not even year) who got pregnant. My dad was watering the plants when she darted out of garden and all he heard was little mews. Turns out the cat [Erin] gave birth to one little kitten, dad took it in and tried to give it room temp milk, but it wouldn't take it. We have it wrapped in a blanket right now, by the back door, seeing if Erin will come back to feed it. What should we do if she doesnt?

Contact your veteranarian. The cat/kitten is either allergic to milk or lactose intolerant. See what the vet says about a special formula designed only for cats. Some should be available at a pet store.

Don't give the kitten cow's milk; it'll make it very ill. Most cats and kittens are lactose intolerant. Adult cats will get diarrhoea; cow's milk could be deadly to a brand new kitten. Here are two things you can try. I've taken care of new kittens and this has worked.
1. If there is a large grocery opened and you live near by, go to the pet section. There should be kitten milk in a can which is just like mother cat milk. Use an eye dropper (must be sterile, so buy a new one) to feed the baby. Make sure the baby is wrapped in a soft cloth for warmth and gently touch the tiny nose and mouth with the eye dropper.

2. Buy goat's milk, heat it to hand temperature, add warm water (about 1 parts water to three to four parts goat's milk) and a tiny bit of First baby cereal, either Beechnut or Gerber, and feed the kitten with an eyedropper.

On Monday, contact a vet or animal shelter for more information. Good luck to you.

I don't know if milk upsets their stomach, but if it's true maybe you should try baby formula.
Try twisting a piece of clean cloth into kind of like a teet shape and soak it in the milk to see if it sucks on the cloth.

By the way, this is the Television category of Y! Answers...try the pets section, might get better answers.
