i just got a new laptop (toshiba) and it keeps having errors so it closes programs?

why does it do this wen it is new? it has never happened to any of the other computers ive gotten until months later (my fault)..is it bcuz i have 2 update things? i dont have internet on it yet

ive had a gateway, hp, acer, worked with dell...they all suck

Because it's a Toshiba. I once had one, it was garbage. I got a Dell, problem solved.
