DO IT. Someone stole my car and ran a red light w/an automatic camera...it took the thief's picture, in MY car and then they sent ME the ticket. You can imagine my displeasure at having to deal with this ticket, bench warrant, bail set at $676.00 (no, I am not even kidding right now), and a DMV notice of license suspension. Nobody could believe that I didn't post that little @#$%&*#@ picture everywhere and I really regret not doing it now. I really think you should do it.

I don't think it's bad at all in fact I'd report the sod to the cops. I know it ain't a lot of damage but that guy/woman shouldn't be driving, they'd probably do the same if they hit a person so report the cnut immediately.

depends what he scratched...if it was crack, oh well we all have those days when we can't reach on our own....
;-)
BUT I do agree that sort of thing is just not on, people should sort out their mess...the answerer who said it might end up in court does have a point, so maybe you want to re-think or go to the cops with this...

I consider it an invasion of privacy and a private spat. We have no way of knowing this car did what you said, and I'm sure the owner did not give you permission to broadcast this picture to one and all. Give it to your insurance company.

He scratched your car, you post what his car looked like on the internet, it's fair justice.

According to the PC brigade you'd be infringing his civil liberties, Hog-wash I know, report it to the police they should be able to get him for leaving the scene of an accident etc.

i wouldn't, just in case you end up going to court about this. you don't need proof against you that you were also doing something illegal. go and file a police report against him, take him to court, show the judge all of your evidence and the picture of his license plate, your car's damage and the police report and you will win your case. don't post it! (:
