I have been having breast tenderness alot latley..i do drink about 3 pots of coffee a day along with caffinated beverages..could this cause my breasts to be tender?

Absolutely!
Hormone levels play a part in breast tenderness and it may be constant or may lessen when your menstrual cycle starts.
-Medications [ birth control pills] also may contribute to tenderness as well as caffeine.
-Caffeine from all sources play a part...medications, coffee, tea, soda, stimulants, chocolate. Although some women are not affected.
-Breasts are more sensitive in the early stages of pregnancy.
Do a breast self exam to be sure you have no cysts, if you noticed your breasts are more tender than usual and also
check your calendar to see where you are in your cycle.

Yes, cut back on the coffee and see what happens.

Yes.. especially if you have non malignant breat disease. I can always tell when I drank more Diet coke then I should have.

caffiene is a known stimulant, so yes I suppose it could.
