I haven't seen one because dyslexia is a reading disorder which makes you read in reverse of what regular readers do(L to R). Computer screens are built one style fits all.

More info might help...
If it is a child and they don't read well due to their dyslexia then a touch screen might help. Yahoo "touch screens for your computer" and several will pop up
If they are older and have trouble writing, there are software programs which send a suggestion for each letter they type and some kids can recognize the word when it is presented.
