I just have too much energy at night, things that can bore me during the day stimulate me at night. Such as talking, watching tv, listening to music etc. It's a great mystery to me, night time is supposed to be for sleeping but I dont want to sleep, day time is for being awake but I just want to sleep.

I am the same damn way. I was brought up this way by my father. Day time has too much . . .light. Everyone works, traffic is a killer, you have to wear uptight clothes. Tv is nothing but judge shows and damn Matlock!! The shade of night is more calming, exciting, more sociable. Actually I work at night and their is a coolness in the solitude of working at night (No I am not a custodian)

I am the same way sometimes. Right now I am like that. You and I just need to reset our bodyclocks. My grandmother told me to stay up all night and day. You will then be able to sleep the next night and your system should be reset.

We at night you cant act like its daytime, if you want to sleep you need to relax and let your body unwind. Everyone wants to sleep during the day because we didn't get a good night's sleep so it's all a vicious circle... i hope i helped a little...

Sounds like you're a night owl by nature. I am, too. I am at my best after 10pm.
