When my daughter turned 14 and 15, didn't know what she wanted I bought her VISA ( or MasterCard) gift cards so if she found something she wanted anywhere she would be able to get it. They are accepted just about anywhere visa and MC are accepted.

Tell them since you're now 14, you'd like a 14 year old Corvette for your birthday...lol Until, you're old enough to drive, you can sit in it and listen to your ipod nana, email friends on your laptop and take pictures of your parents coming out of the house! :-)
But, seriously, you sound like you already have everything and more than you need, so why not tell your parents to allow you (and them) to take out a couple younger kids, who probally won't get anything on their birthday, take them out for pizza and a movie. Even it's not their birthday! You've got everything! Your parent have the money resources! Y'all should do something fun for someone who needs something fun. And THAT will make it FUN for you and them and something you will NEVER forget. You could even take out a depressed friend or relative. Do you have an older relative who just sits at home all the time? Take them out! If they can't go out, then bring them a party! Be creative and have fun and you WILL have the BEST birthday that will last a lifetime! :-)

You can always ask for iTunes giftcards.. Or you can ask for a day trip.. You can go to the spa with a friend, a theme park, or you can go visit a cousin or something..

Cash is a good idea too, you can put it into a bank account and start saving up for a car.. Good Luck :)

Ask for money, and then you could donate it to a charity of your choice, its actually pretty rewarding because you do seem happy with all the stuff you already have, why not spread some of that happiness around?

and happy birthday :]

How about not asking for anything instead? It seems like you are loaded. Instead of receiving, you can give. For instance, get your parents something for their care and love.
