Not likely. The Braves, Phillies, and Mets would have to encounter multiple long term injuries to key players for that to happen.

I'm from south Florida. I like the Fish a lot more than the Rays, but the Marlins will not make the playoffs. The NL East is more competitive than usual, with the Mets, Phillies, and Braves all above .500. I don't think the Marlins can finish above .500 this year. Even though the NL Wildcard is WAY easier to get in the NL versus the AL, I don't see it happening.

Even if the Fish sweep all their games against the Reds, Nats, and Bucs, I still don't see it happening. It's too bad, because they are a fun team to watch. Lots of young, gritty players.

I don't think they are going to make the Playoffs. They would have to take the Division from the Mets or Phillies. The NL East is a tough tough division. Yes a wild card possibility exists, but I think that team will be out of the NL West( or i hope anyway)

I say no. I live in Florida and I am a Marlins fan, but I think they might wind up in 3rd place. The Phillies and the Mets are both better than the Marlins. I would love to see it happen though.

They have a shot but I don't think so. They are still in rebuilding mode. I think in 2 or 3 years they will make their return to the playoffs, then win the WS. Then they will trade all their veterans and get young prospects. Their normal pattern.

no not this year. Maybe in a couple years when they have some more big name players like Dan Uggla and the D-train.
