They can't drip dry or shake it, so they have to wipe, plus after a BM they must wipe, and women use tissue when they are putting on makeup, and also when they cry. Plus it is nice to have around after sex for clean-up duty. And they blow their noses on it.

They make TP voo-doo dolls of men who won't put the seat down. After they finish, they proceed stabbing the dolls with Q-tips.
