You can't get help unless you unload. No one in his right mind would help you given this write up without knowing what you are going to face.

if you hurt someone back then you need to step forward now and apologize to them. if that is not possible for you at this time then you need to start meditating in private some where there's alot of good books out there on meditation. the simplilist i know is deep breathing. put yourself in a place where you won't be bothered. relax your shoulders. drop down as far as you can. start by taking a deep breathe in through your nose slowly while counting to 8.hold for a count of 4. release slowly to a count of 8. continual until you are ver relaxed. let all thoughts in your head go. just relax let only good thought enter your mind. soft fluffy clouds, the soft sound of the ocean, the birds gently singing, the soft grass you're sitting on, butterflies, all different kinds and colours. picture a pretty rainbow above you. add to that anything else that you can think of that you find relaxing. just let all the negativity in your life go. it's time to start over, anew. the past cannot hurt you anymore. it has no hold over you. every time you start to think about the the past just tell yourself that the past cannot hurt you anymore. that it is ovoer and done with. you have a new life. it may take awhile. maybe one day you will face youor past after you have made peace with it and you will be able to right any wrongs that you did and you can do it without fear and pain. May GOD Keep you in HIS HAND

There is nothing you can do about the past. There is no need to because the past has no power over you today; only the power you give it in your own mind. Please forgive yourself. We have all done something we really really regret and the pain passes with time--It does! The trick is to forgive yourself now instead of going through long suffering. And people can be more understanding than you might think. Pls speak with someone you can trust. You sound so distressed and it just cannot be that bad. I'll be thinking of you. Take care

Sorry to hear, but, truly whatever you feel guilty of and find hard to explain, believe me, the "world" is a lot older than you, do you really think no one in the past has ever been down your "road or path" you have to get over it in your own way, be it, confide in a most secure and friendly confidante, or go through life but keep it to yourself and learn through it!! do not let it eat away at your future move on!! all the best, hold your head up HIGH.

Share it with some one you can trust before confessing openly as you sound like this might not be in your interests right now. Confession is good good for the soul but maybe not the body so think carefully but do talk it out with a trusted adult.

You really seem to be suffering a lot because of this - you HAVE to tell someone.
If you can't tell us lot of complete strangers - go to a counsellor - they will not judge you - just help you to deal with this problem

Please talk to a professional therapist. A psychologist or psychiatrist. They can't tell anyone your secrets. Chances are they have heard your particular act before.

this person may be able to help you find the best way for you to move forward.

Is it that bad!!! How about talking to a therapist, priest, rabbi, etc? If you feel the need to say your sorry, then you SHOULD. You will feel better right after!

GOOD QUESTION...People who don't make mistakes, don't do anything. Try and make up for your error, if possible, then forget it. Time heals most things. Stay Strong and keep stepping forwards.
