Is this because he can't remember them? And if so - should he be allowed to go out unsupervised?

I thought Tom Jones was the best thing on there so far.Put everyone else to shame.
Bryan Ferry sounded okay though, fair do's.

Actually the middle song was a Dylan song so maybe he did need a reminder of the lyrics and better that than forgetting the words in front of such a huge crowd when the tension was high.
He's 61 now and I think he's still brilliant, I saw him live twice recently (once at the Albert Hall) so yes he is touring and I have been a big fan right through from the 1970s and have never heard of any involvement with drugs.

Who are you to judge? Bryan Ferry was a really big star during the 70's and 80's (they had problems with drugs and alcohol back then too). I think you should cut the guy some slack.
If she could, I bet your mother would have thrown her knickers at the guy - if she could have got a ticket to one of the Roxy Music gigs or even when he started to sing solo.
Women just went absolutely wild for his smouldering, sexy look and the way he sang his songs (err...apparently). Even today, I bet they'd do it again, if they had the chance!

Tom Jones rocks! His version of TAFKAP's 'Art of Noise' is one of the finest covers ever!
Bryan Ferry is the most stylish old rocker of them all.
These guest spots are not heavily rehearsed and I don't believe he is touring so lyrics are just a good policy. Most vocalists use them. Its better than forgetting the words.

at least he was singing - most singers/ bands now just tend to mime x and when they do open their mouth their voices arent strong enough to carry across a stadium x brian ferry / tom jones / rod the mod / elton john - they got the crowd rocking - the oldies are the goldies x alright pop pickers

His brain is probably so damaged from alcohol and drugs that he probably has trouble remembering his own name let alone the lyrics from his songs!!! lol x

he's old,Will Young should of sang more than one song,I'm very disappointed.Whats Bedding plant singing get her off.
