I nibble the chocolate off a Mars Bar starting from the sides and then the top. I then nibble off the toffee til I'm left with a really sticky disgusting looking soft nougat bar which I then nibble til it's gone. The whole process makes eating a Mars Bar much slower therefore more pleasure. I do this in public too! I can't eat one in a normal fashion now. No problems with other chocolate bars.

Yes...I take my hamburgers apart...I love bread and ketchup so I eat the 2 pieces of bread first and save the meat for last.

With my pizzas I eat all the stuff off the top you know cheese, sauce, meat, and then eat the crust separate.
I do the same with tacos!

The don't have any really bad eating habit's. I just eat my favourite part of a meal last. I treat everything else as if it was an appetiser. Oh yea, i also lick the plate, until it's shiny, after i finish eating!

I'm kidding abt the last bit.

When I eat any food, I observe all of the pieces or sides of it, and I dint eat that part until last. I keep on observing and find the part that looks farthest from the best, and eat that, and I go order from least good-looking to best looking food.

I segregate things of color, like m&m's and eat them according to color prefernce.
I must cut a sandwich in half diagonally and eat the points off the triangles first. (goes for toast too)
Cookies, crisps, and the like must be broken before I eat them, I don't like taking bites off the whole.
I like to break up soda crackers into chocolate milkshakes (at wendy's I do this with the frosty).
I save the caramel on a mars bar for last.
there's tons more but those jump to mind first....and yeah, I'm probably OCD.

when eating dill pickles, I'll eat the outside first, and then the inside.

ith smarties I'll break it open in my mouth, eat one half on one side of my mouth, the other half on the other side..and suck the chocolate off first, in the middle.

With M & M's I'll do the same sorta thing, but if I have 2 the same color, I'll put one in one cheek, and one in the other, and eat them that way.

With meals, I'll eat my veggies first, then the carbs and eat my meat last. I don't like my food to touch

When I eat Fruit Pastilles (or any coloured sweets) I eat them by the following method: Green, Yellow, Orange, Red and then Black/Purple. That way all my favourites are at the end and I can look forward to eating them.

(Although I bet my diet/fitness coach would say eat my favourites first and then throw the rest away or even better don't eat them at all!!!!!)

If I have a piece of swiss roll I have to unwind it as I eat it and lick the jam / cream off as I go.
My Dad always had to have a slice of bread and butter if he had jelly (jello) for pudding.
