it either needs to be charged back up, or if the light is flashing on it sometimes indicates a bad battery in it,if you have any kind of papers on it it will tell what to do in this situation, good luck.

Check your battery's voltage both with the chair turned off and with a load. If it is at the designated voltage on both, you probably have a bad connection somewhere, which may even be in the motor. Just take apart all the connections that you can find and clean and reconnect them. If it drops a lot, or if you have low voltage in the off position, you are looking to replace the battery(s). Just make sure that you are not smelling smoke when you try to move it for 30 seconds or so. If these don't give the answer, you are probably going to have to take it to the dealer to have it fixed.

The display is flashing a trouble code, like some cars will. You need to go to the manufacturer website to find what it is telling you. Most of the codes are related to wiring connections for the motors.

place the throttle in neutral then turn the key on and off several times to reset the computer and connect the charger and let it charge for an hour.

Sometimes there is a 1-800 number located somewhere on the unit you can call. Have you looked for that? My daughter is a IDLS (independent living specialist) she said try and look for one. Everyone has given good ideas and advice.

The battery could be dying or need a charge, also it could be the connections to the battery are loose or fouled with dirt.
