Check out Time Dial

There are no special dialing rules for dialing cell phones in either of these countries. You just dial like you were dialing a landline but you dont use area codes like others have said

Dialing US = http://www.timedial.net/default.asp?CountryAway=US
Dialing UK = http://www.timedial.net/default.asp?CountryAway=GB
Time Difference = http://www.timedial.net/TimeDifference.asp?CountryHome=US&CountryAway=GB

For the US to UK, you first you dial 011, then the country code (UK's is 44), then the city code, and then the telephone number.

I don't know what it is from the UK to the US.

Good Luck!
