I am not a lawyer, and even if I were, with you living in England, I wouldn't be able to help you.

My advice to you would be to check out Nolo Press (if you lived in the US). Some of their self-help references may apply to the UK, but that would be a long-shot.

Without knowing WHY you want a trust, not even an attorney can help you. An attorney in your country will know what questions to ask. I am not an attorney and am in the US.
