My lil sister is a senior in high school, and is planning *in advance* her & her friends spring break trip to the beach!!! Is there a site where she can search for rooms that you have to be atleast 18 to check in...Help! Please.

Most Motels want a "damage deposit" if the people there are under 23.
But for the Panama City Beach Florida area look at
"thebeachloversbeach.com"
For Georgia,South or North Carolina Search out the name of the beach in that area.
