Since you can not log into your Linksys router wireless-ly, the only way I have been able to change my settings when I have been locked out of my own is to connect a CAT-5e (ethernet) cable from the router into the computer I am using.

Hopefully, if you are able to log in to your router after connecting the CAT-5e cable, the settings to change your WEP are in the "Wireless" tab, "Wireless Security"...

Since I do not know the entire situation of what is going on on your end, I think this is as much info as you need. If you need more, you can visit Linksys website and they should have a lot more. Good luck.

On a linksys the WEP setting is labeled WEP Key Setting.
It is located on the setup page. just click the WEP Key Setting button and look for your keys. try to use key 1 for connections. And the WEP is not an address but a password or key.

If it is *your* network, then you are responsible for setting up the WEP key. The key is set on the router or access point. The client (your PC) must then have it's key set identically.
You access your linksys router using your web browser. The default address is typically 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.0.
Typing this into the address bar will let you access the router's administration program. It's default password is "admin". No user name is usually necessary.

If you want to make that easy then I recommend to reset your Wireless Router and setup a new WEP password.
To reset your Wireless Router take a small pen and stick it into a small hole near the green lights. Then go to your Wireless settings :192.168.1.1 and select a new WEP password. For the future I recommend to write it down somewhere.

this is the ip 192.168.1.1 the master id is linksys and the password is admin. if you changed the name and password you will have to reset the router there is a reset button on the back of your router push it in with a pen for 10sec that will reset the whole thing. then use the info name and password that i listed. you will need to put all the settings back in your router if you have a static ip.

See if this helps:
http://192.168.1.1/
then enter admin on log and don't put anything on password.
