Your mom will always love you, no matter what. Don't forget that, even though it can be really hard sometimes. If you are having a really hard time getting those words out...or mom just won't listen...WRITE to her?
Write her letters, this will help you to express yourself. Then you can decide which ones to give to her and which ones to keep. Sometimes your mom might understand better this way too, believe it or not. And it gives you a way to get out what you need to, without getting interrupted.
Make sure you listen to your mom as well, without interrupting her,and respect her, and think about what she is saying.....even in times when you don't agree.
If you argue with your mom alot (which it sounds like to me but I could be wrong) show her your maturity by telling her "Mom, I don't want to fight with you, I love you" And simply don't argue with her.....even if it means you have to walk away.
Also THINK about what you should say before you say it. Sometimes this might mean you have to chill out before you open your mouth. Not much gets accomplished with 2 people yelling. Alot of arguments with people's mom happens about growing up and independence. you want her to respect you as grown, but remember that the way to do so is SHOW her you are grown/growing.
Be strong! And always use your brain!

If you 2 were fighting wait until you both chill out and talk about it! Then talk about it some more. Stop arguing about stupid stuff and learn to enjoy your lives together. Oh yea, and give her a hug too and tell her that you're sad about it.

Maybe you should tell her that she looks nice, or pretend to say something nice to her.
Also, go outside and plant some flowers near the front-door. Tell her that you want to be just like her some day.

it may be only your preception that she doesn't care about you... tell her how you feel, sit down and try to have an honest discussion. Find out what it is that upsets her.. and try to work this out..
