I am taking Geometry for my summer credit and need help understanding vocabulary so if you could simplyfy that would help
here is what i got

Median-of a triangle is a segment from the vertx tothe midpoint of the opposite side

altitude-perpendicular segment from a vertex to the opposite side or to the line that contains the opposite side

centroid of a a triangle- point always inside the triangle point of concurrency if the medians of a triangle

orthocenter-lines containing the altitides are concurrent and intersect at a point

perpendicular bisector-is a line that is perpendicular to a side of the triangle ar the midpoint of the side

circumcenter-point of concurrency of the perpendicular bisectors of a triangle

incenter of a triangle-point of concurrency of the angle bisector

reminder: if you can simplyfy these definitions or make them clearer in any way that would be a great help thank you

A median of a triangle is a line from a vertex of the triangle to the midpoint of the opposite side.

An altitude of a triangle is a perpendicular from a vertex to the opposite side or to the line that contains the opposite side.

The centroid of a a triangle is the point inside the triangle where all three medians meet.

The orthocenter of a triangle is the point where the three lines containing the altitudes concur.

The perpendicular bisector of a side of a triangle is a line that is perpendicular to a side of the triangle, and passes through the mid-point of that side.

The circumcenter is the point of concurrency of the perpendicular bisectors of the sides a triangle.

The incenter of a triangle is the point of concurrency of the bisectors of the internal angles of the triangle.

?50 - ?32 = ?(25*2) - ?(sixteen*2) = 5?2 - 4?2 Like which you mean? enable's take it step-via-step ?50 50 itself isn't a acceptable sq.. think of of two factors of fifty. a sort of things might desire to in all probability have a acceptable sq.. 25 and a couple of. ?50 = ?25 * ?2 25 is a acceptable sq.. So ?25 = 5. as quickly as you detect the sq. root of the extensive sort, it comes out of the unconventional sign (the sq. root sign). ?50 = ?25 * ?2 = 5?2 Now ?32 32 itself isn't a acceptable sq.. think of of two factors of 32, one might desire to be a acceptable sq......sixteen and a couple of. ?32 = ?sixteen * ?2 sixteen is a acceptable sq.. The ?sixteen is 4. ?2 won't be in a position to be broken down from now on. so.. ?32 = 4?2 Going back to the unique... ?50 - ?32 5?2 - 4?2 using fact the numbers under the ? sign are the comparable, we can combine the coefficients (5 and four) 5?2 - 4?2 = a million ?2 or purely ?2
