ok IM going to get a sidekick ID and, since it is a myfaves phone, can I get the data plan and still be able to call my faves for free???

Even though it is a my faves phone you still have to get the my faves plan to be able to call you faves for free. The data plan, as stated, is only for messaging, browsing and email. As a side note as you have also asked a lot about prepaid, the my faves is not available on prepaid.

Well if you are have a My Faves Plan with the phone Sickick ID then your calls to your to your five favorite numbers (any network) will be unlimited and not deducted off your current minutes. These calls will be totally free.
As for the added data plan for the sidekick, this is for only unlimited email, instant messaging, web browsing, and text messaging.
