I live in Southern CA. Including graduate coursework in Special Education, I have my BA Degree, CBEST and Emergency permit that authorizes me in this state. In the future, I would like to move to Arizona. How would I qualify to to be a substitute teacher there? Would I need to take another state certification exam?

Contact the teaching board in Arizona, and ask them what to do and how to go about this.
