I have grass and weeds popping up through my gravel driveway, is there something around the house that I could mix up to kill them ?.....Trying to avoid costly weed and grass killer at the store.

Roundup is great stuff. Lawn and garden stores usually carry a (much) cheaper generic brand of the stuff. It's Glycophosphate.

The STRONGER solution that you buy is the cheapest, due to the fact that only 3 oz of the stuff will make a whole gallon of poison.

Yes....Boiling water will kill a lot of stuff, but it cost more to boil that much water and to re-cool your house than the weed killer would cost.

Vinegar will usually kill grass and weeds. Put some soap in with it so it sticks to the weeds which have a slick surface
sometimes. Also salt water which is what roundup is.

If you can't afford Round-Up or a vegetation killer, try vinegar. Boil it and pour over grass and weeds.
