Nail polish really doesn't stick to your skin all that well and it should peel off with the help of a little water and mild soap.

If it's fresh, wash it off gently with a rag or disposable cloth. If you want, you could try nail polish remover, but only use a little bit on a little cotton pad or something.

Use nail polish remover that is non-acetone. Try to keep it moisturized too.

Get a cloth rag and get it wet with HOT water and rub it off her cheeks. Maybe that would help.
