secada bugs..?

whens the next time that there coming out? has it been 17yrs since the last time? im 16(turn 17 in august) and havnt seen them yet and i saw them on tv on animal planet. thankx!

Do you mean the Cicada (like a cricket)? There are zillions of species, and only one of them has a lifecycle this long. Most 'come out' as you put it, every couple of years. I doubt it's only the one with the long lifecycle that lives in your area, but read more here:
