SO silly that feeble attempts at jokes like this get 20 answers, whereas some intelligent questions only get 2 or 3. Says a lot about the Yahoo community I think - why do people RISE to this?!

Oh dear dear me! What were you thinking asking this question!?! No No No life would not emerge, the women are put on this earth for many reasons and having the babies is one of them ... you were having a laugh when you put this questions out weren't you?
All you'll achieve is 'milky water' ...

There is a tiny chance that it would. But if you really want your sperm to live you have to seek a miracle. So ejaculate into some holy water at church, and if you have enough faith, God will make it happen.

Or you might get arrested, and go on the sex offenders register.

Interesting. The sperm would not generate life as it is only half of the human genetic code. Sperm die in a short time. 2-72 hours depending on where they are. However the fluid the sperm are carried in is rich in nutrients and could easily feed bacteria that could be in the bowl.

Silly. It would die pretty quick. But some bacteria may thrive there, and multiply. But that would simply come from the water and air already present. I think.
Now put it away.

Make sure the water is at room temp, or you could be in for a shock!

This can not honestly be a serious question...you need to go back to your mommy and daddy and ask them about the birds and bees, And how it takes sperm and a egg.
