I think starvation. But since this can be looked at differently as if you were already in a hospital and died from starvation, you may already be out of it mentally. Starvation would take a while if you have something to drink so there's another factor to consider. Along with how much you weigh before starving. I think starving would make your intestines swell after a while but you would be so tired and possibly not able to think straight you may die in sleep. The bacon might rupture your stomach and then the stomach acid would start eating you alive sound like fun? Or you may get a twisted intestine and then other things might shut down like your lungs, kidneys ect. So to die from bacon I think would be painful to the extreme.

I would rather die by eating too much bacon. There would be a lot more suffering with the starvation.

eating too much bacon may be a painful (or atleast uncomfortable) death. I'd rather die of starvation.

since starving to death might take a long time , perhaps even longer than 30 days, i would say dying of a bacon overdose might be the happier , quicker death .
