Tampons or no swimming.
Is your mom going with you?
If not, use a tampon on the sly.
Heck, even if she IS going, use a tampon.
Its much better than having blood run down your leg at the beach when you get out of the water.
Contrary to what one answerer says, your period does NOT stop in water. It STILL leaks out, its just that the blood disperses so you THINK it stopped, but it really hasn't.

u kinda have to use one if u are going swimming go talk to your mom and be like mom i decided that i am using a tampon tomorrow if u like it or not (lol) sorry good luck

if you can wear a tampon then do it. but if you wear pads then bring one but your [ . ] doesnt leak in water. the pressure of the water keeps it in somehow and you will be blood free as long as your in the water. after you get out, goto the bathroom and put a tampon in (or just swim with it) or put your pad on. good luck!
