That's a great question. What gives meaning to my life? The fact that I'm a healthy person, that my family loves me& I have close friends that are always there for me.I wake up in the morning with a smile on my face because I know that many people love me and want to be there for me.I'm also happy to give my love to them:D..Maybe u were expecting a more philosophycal answer, but I'm 24 so give me a brake!I think that the simple things in life are the ones that are truly worth of getting up in the morning.Life is simple,we just make it complicated.Peace!

My dog Max wakes me to eat and to do his bodily releases outside each morning. Without him I would probably sleep till the afternoon. Usually later in the day he and I walk the many trails Bar Harbor, Maine has to offer. I am recently divorced, lost my first home, material needs, half my family and dignity if not for my dog I would have very little meaning in my life.

I wake up every morning in a hope to make one single deed just one that I would proud of when I stand between the hands my God and to tell him that that deed was only for him

Meaning to my life is that I can do things which make me happy. I am not in the rat race to get rich, some people enjoy it, some of my friends do and that gives meaning to their life. To me it is important I can fulfill my DREAM, a community project in Zambia. With that dream I found compassion and that brought me back to life which I was ready to give up for good.

Fulfilling my real purpose gives real meaning. Otherwise, life is all about chasing meaningless feelings and that is depressing.
“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell
So I seek my Creator because only He can give my life real purpose. I think that God reveals Himself in the relationships of love that we form between us. "Where Love Is, There God Is" (short story by Leo Tolstoy). So I look forward to seeking God in my relationships that I may have that day.

My children, acquiring possessions and seeking pleasure occupied my younger years and gave meaning to my life.
Now my children are grown, I'm downsizing what I own and I know God gives us the ability to enjoy life.
The best man can do is enjoy who he has and who he is in this moment.
Relationships are lasting and they give meaning to my life.
