The game can be delay for a week, to make travel arrangement. Or we can have the city bid a the beginning of the year to prepare. Any comment?

If the Series didn't go seven, there'd be a whole lot of promotion and planning wasted.

And no one would be happy about that.

I see Boras' point, though I think the whole "festival" concept is overkill, there are other flaws, and in general I don't like it mostly because it isn't necessary. But it IS a viable rough concept for making more money -- which isn't something MLB needs but certainly will get Seligula's attention, because he is always about selling the game (and sometimes about selling the game out).

People who give it kneejerk dismissal because it came from Boras are really not helping any dialogue about the proposal.

yah you definately would have to have it be in the 1st and/or 2nd games because the odds of the series going 7 games is unlikely and the city that is chosen for the game 7 would lose alot of money if the game didnt go seven. boras idea is pretty much flawless and i dont see a different way to go about it.
