I've never been to Chicago but I've been to New York City. Given that these are my only choices, I'd have to say Chicago. Anywhere has to be better than New York City. Personally though, I would rather live in the suburbs.

I have never been to Chicago - I loved NYC on the 3 occasions I visited, but I probably would not want to live there.

I've spent weeks in both cities, and with a great deal of ease I would have to say Chicago. It's not as cramped or dirty, and the people are a little bit better.

Chicago... New York is great, but gotta love the Windy City. :)

I live near enough to Chicago that we visit it often--tons of things to do there--we love Grant Park and the theaters there is awesome! :)

I ♥ chicago! I would totally chose chicago! But I'd miss my friends, so I guess I'll stay here in Kentucky. I'd have a wierd accent to the people there.

I like in a suburb of Chicago, it has all the good things of NY but its less stressfull and more pleasing. I went to NY and the New Yorker attitude was a little hard to digest. We are a little more peaceful and curtious in the Mid-West.
