It depends. First you should find out how safe you would be letting them know. In the case of anger, would knowing you were angry cause pleasure or thoughtfulness? You have to use your capacity to think in order to decide to let your emotions show. You also need to evaluate your emotions and decide why you feel the way you do and if feeling that way appears justified and then what purpose would be served by showing them. Some people don't care how you feel about something. there is nothing wrong with that, necessarily. So, show your emotons wisely.

I think everyone shows their emotions even without thinking about it. We all are touched every single day by people in many different ways and the natural reaction is to react in whatever way we feel is best.
If you love someone tell them so, and those you love and love you; tell them often how you feel. If you are sad because of something someone has done, tell them it has hurt or upset you and talk about it. If you are happy and enjoying something in your life, enjoy it and feel happy; ride the feeling as it were.
The only time you shouldn't really give into your emotions and feelings are when you or someone else will get hurt by it, being physically or emotionally etc. Anger has a habit of causing stress and stress has a habit of making you ill, don't give in to it.

Hope this helps.

It's always best to be cautious and silent. There's a lot of people who laugh at people and take advantage of people these days, no matter how much they do for them.

Although it's not a bad thing to show your emotion, still be careful who you're friendly with all the same. I don't know how old you are but if you're a teenager then be especially wary of other teenagers as they're the biggest problems out there x_X Trust me I know.

From my personal experience, most people are adverse to any extreme displays of emotion, however positive or negative.

Most people are more comfortable if you can describe your emotions to them in an intellectual manner without any histrionics or contrived drama.

We, as a culture, have evolved to the point that constant emotional control is perceived to be a virtue, and emotional outbursts are an anathema.

Like Tom Hanks said, "There's no crying in baseball." Or life, it seems.

Yes you should

If you never show any emotions, people will think that you have none. Seeing people angry or sad show that they are human and that they have feelings too. If you never show when your angry or sad how are people supposed to know they have hurt you

It is very hard to read people who never show any emotion and can make people seem unfriendly
