Nick is the first person that saw the paternity test, and he came home and told everyone that the baby was his. I wonder if he lied about it. If there was some kind of mix up, you can be Phyllis will be blamed.

i think Nick is tha only one who knows..i dont think Phyllis is responsible for this one but if she is its stupid b/c they've used that storyline before already

Summer is definetely for Jack, why else would Nick run off with the paternity results if Summer was for him? If I were Phyllis & Jack, I would've went through with the paternity test when Nick took off, that should've been a sign right there. As typical on any soap, something is going to happened to Summer, since all Nick children have been known to be accident prone, and she's going to need some blood in which Nick won't be a match, Jack will come to the rescue, and then that will be some more drama!!!!

I don't think anyone but Nick saw the DNA results. Phyllis never even saw them. I was always hoping the baby would be Jack's anyway. Especially since great pains were taken to write the delivery in the elevator with Jack doing the honors.......that was a big clue as far as I was concerned. We all know how much Phyllis and Jack wanted a baby when they were married.
I think it's a heck of a story to come out later, playing into Nick's bad memory ......maybe he gets it back and remembers that DNA test and who the father really is.......Stay tuned fans..........!!!!!

We do not know for sure if Phyllis knows Jack is the father of Summer or not. But this is Phyllis, she has done stuff like this in the past. If she does, she is playing real good at it. I think it will be some kind of mix up with the DNA or the test was done wrong, something stupid. I just don't see Nick lying to keep another man's child.

Phyllis believes that Summer is Nick's because that is what she wants to believe. As far as we know, only Nick saw the test results. He was in love with Phyllis AND he still grieves for Cassie so he kept quiet about it.

"Alledgedly" Nick is the only one who saw the paternity test. I don't know how the Y&R writers are going to play this one out. My guess would be that Phyllis "the computer wiz" altered the computer system prior to the results being printed so they would go into Nick's favor. I still don't understand why Nick would lie like that except for he was in lust with Phyllis so bad at the time and didn't want to lose what they had.

I think Nick did in fact lie about the paternity results and now that Nick has lost his memory, Phyllis will get blamed for it. She'll have no way to prove her innocence in this. Poor Phyllis.....she can't catch a break. :)

Phyllis believes that Summer is Nick's. and now Nick believes that Summer is his. now, Jack will probably never know that Summer is his. Nick used to know that Summer was his....

No, Phyllis does not know.Nick got the DNA testing report and did not show anyone.He just told everyone that the baby was his.
