No! Just because it was Borras' idea!! Fuhgget that guy and everything that comes out of his mouth! If the Cubs want to host the Series at Wrigley Field or any other underachieving franchise wants to host a WS for that matter, they can do it like everybody else... EARN IT...

Why doesn't the championship consist of just ONE game? Bring it all to the table. Just like the Super Bowl at an already picked place (NOT DECIDED BY THE ALL-STAR GAME). It shouldn't be decided over seven games, if you can't bring it to the table in game 1 you shouldn't get another chance. This would make baseball so much more interesting. Basketball should do this too. If you can't play as hard as you can for one game you don't deserve to be their.

No why change something that is great. The NBA plays a 7 game series and so does the NHL so keep the 7 game series the way it is.

NO, they already drag it out to long anyway. I like baseball but by the time they finish a possible 7 game series, it has taken them almost 2 weeks. I would possibly consider the neutral site though & let cities bid on it like they do the Superbowl, there are alot of teams that have never hosted a world series.

No, the seven game series is classic, there would be no point in making it longer. 5 is too short, 9 is too long, 7 is perfect. What logic would there be into making it longer than it already is. The whole idea is pointless and it will never happen.

7 games is fine. Scott Boras needs to stick to being an agent. They could do the 2 games at a neutral site and the other 5 could be played at the ballparks of the two respective teams.

I read about that, however my answer is No. Keep it at seven.
But I like the person's idea of just making it one game like the Super Bowl, though that will never happen, lol.
