How do i transfer music files from my i-pod onto my itunes library easily?

Please put it step by step if you know how.. i am new at this!

There is no way to do it easily. Security features are meant to prevent it.

You can burn the songs to a CD and then rip them to iTunes. That's probably the easiest way.
