i just got the replacement battery for my keyless entry remote. how do i install it, please give details and dont just say put it in or stupid stuff like that

With a thin coin seperate the two halves of your key fob. You will see the old battery there. Assure that the one you bought is correct and swap them out. Few are different and may have a little screw to seperate the halves.

I have replaced several types. Most the time the fob prys apart down the side. Do the job over a piece of news paper on the kitchen table slowly and carefully some cars remote pieces where the buttons are fall out all over. Other units the buttons are the gasket that seals moisture out. Some remotes need reprograming after the battery gos dead

Most likely, you will have to have a small screwdriver and remove the screw that holds the battery door. good luck.
