Ha ha that's a good one. Why don't you move it all out back. EVERYTHING. Tape a note to the door IN A SEALED ENVELOPE Inside the envelope write Cleaning house BRB rent check inclosed. Watch through a window see if heart failure occurs or what.

Get some empty boxes, tape them up, and write on them with black magic marker. Things such as, "Dishes." "Bedroom." "Knick Knacks." Stack them in the corner of the front room.
Next time the landlord comes over, if he asks about them, in a nervous voice, say.."Oh those boxes? I'm just ummm, holding those for a friend."

Go for it...but don't plan on getting a reference from him in the future..and plan on going to court. This is why landlords don't like to rent to kids.
