There is a sensor on the parking brake that lights the brake light. Check it, it is probably shorted or out of adjustment.

You forgot to lock the brake warning light switch. The thing people think is a propositioning valve just below the master cyl four brake hoses two in two out. There is a electrical switch that normally sits in a notch on a piston inside the body if a brake leak happens the piston moves and pushes the electrical switch to on. Now you need to uncap the switch plugs on both ends unscrew center the piston looking in the electrical switch hole. Next time remove the electrical switch and screw in a pin tool to hold that piston when bleeding brakes.

check the e-brake switch. then the prop. valve pressure switch. they are both 1 wire and the light should go out when unplugged.
