I built my site using Flash (OMNIVISIONDESIGN.com). I plan on creating more landing pages of pure text. Any particular method that is best for boosting traffic, page rank?

http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/ is the most accurate tool.
Look for quality of keywords, not quantity.
Sometimes less traffic is better than massive traffic.
Look for keywords that hint of someone looking to buy, hire a professional ect..
General terms have more traffic but less conversions.
Think about what you are doing.
