Will his child be in line for the throne before Prince Harry?

Yes. William's children would be in line after their father and before Harry. When Harry has children, they will enter the line of succession after their father and before Andrew and his children.

And now to correct a misconception: if William were to die before his child, male or female, were to be of age, a regent would be appointed until the child would come of age;that regent would most likely be Harry.
And if William were to die and leave only female heirs, then the UK would have another Queen, just like when George VI died and his daughter, the current Queen, Elizabeth II,ascended the throne.

Yes, so long as William was married to the mother of the child. That child will always be in line before Harry, unless an Act of Parliament removes them.

Yes, the same way Hilliam and Harry are in line before Charles' brothers.

YES, assuming Prince William's wife fits the bill. Their child will therefore be in the direct line of succesion.

Depends.

If William gets to the throne then yes, but if William dies before he becomes king then Harrys children would take precedence

Technically yes. The matter of the child's age would come into play if, God forbid, William would die young.
