I have been studing sexuality around the world, and must say that Brazilians take the place for the most well endowed men. Not saying that there aren't any "big" men in other nations, but Brazilians take the cake. The average Brazilian size is 10". Which brings me back to my question why are Brazilian men well endowed than most men of the world.

Are you sure you are studying sexuality? You should review your concepts.
Brazil is a cultural mix, so it's impossible to say that. There are europeans descents, african, asians, indigenous and so on.
So you cannot classified brazilians as well endowed.
Maybe you were studying brazilians african descents, then YES they are well endowed.
As you know black people are very well endowed
