St. John, USVI was first thought. It has to be a pristine beach with beautiful colored water.

Oh my and how. I love that Island and think that they have some of the best beaches in the Caribbean.

St. John is just amazingly pristine. Stick with you first thought, it is perfect!!! St, John is one of my favorite Islands in the Caribbean and I have been to most of them. This is where they filmed lots of movies as well. 2/3rds of the Island is a National Park. Lovely place to snorkel as the water is very clear.

I highly recommend Caneel Bay. They have wedding packages and can do a fantastic job on your special day. You can access the site, then click on Weddings,

Trunk Bay is one of my favorites beaches although sometimes it can be a tad crowded. National Geographic picked it as one of the best beaches in the world. Even Cruz Bay, where most of the life can be found is what the natives call it Love Bay...I wonder why?

Now as a final incentive to the USVI, the duty-free allowance was raised to $1,600 per person. Family members traveling together can make a joint declaration that increases the amount of their allowance. Gifts valued $100 or less can be mailed (no more than one package per day) & do not need to be declared in the exemption. US visitors are allowed to return with six bottles of liquor if one of the bottles was produced locally. Duty of 6% is charged for purchases totaling more than $1,600. You won't get that anywhere else but USVI and the prices are great!

What an incredible place to get married...congratulations. Also the USVI is a US Possession and US Citizens can get married there very easily. Far less complicated that some of the other non US possessions. Take that into consideration as well. Some other Islands require all sorts of permits prior and the USVI is much easier to get married in.. besides it is heaven!!!!

I watched a few weddings on Turtle beach Tobago. Was a beautiful setting, clear warm water and very friendly island with plenty of little places to wander to be on your own (or with your loved one) for an hour or so.
