in other words get wastedddddd
you drink nonstop you do lots of drugs and you bang anyone you want
Unless you have the money to do this, don't go there. And if you are to young to ask this question well........ and do not understand the statement you just asked, it means getting so wasted you will not remember a darn thing, great example on what not to do.
