We are flying into Sydney and of course the Oprah House is on the agenda and we're going to the Great Barrier Reef. These are my husbands choices he wants me to pick out some places too. I have no clue what to see....I want it to be something amazing that most people don't get to see. Any suggestions?

I live in Australia....I recommend defiantly to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge if you don't have vertigo. Whilst in Queensland go explore the rain forests and take the cable car ride. Maybe think about checking out the red rock Ularu (Aboriginal name)or Ayers rock (name given by the settlers). There is far too much to suggest.

Have fun I love our country its massive yet with a lovely small population. You'll have fun guaranteed!

You have to see Ayers Rock, that and the opal mines..they let you take some stones that were either rejected as jewellery quality or too small...that and the Blue Mountains (I think that is what it is called)..its in eastern Australia.
