This sounds wierd but it works. Use coca cola on a rag. Do not pour onto window, it could be bad for your paint. Coke can clean a lot of things. Highway patroll usues just the syrup to clean up blood of concrete.

i don't know for sure but i used a baby wipe on my glass top coffee table just because it was wet and handy. it worked great and left no streaks on it at all and i just wiped with no direction! they were huggies unscented.

you probably have a heater core that is seeping and causing the streaks. have a qualified machanic check it out. it only takes a small amount of coolant to do this.
